Refund Policy

Your happiness is a top priority at the Skin Research Institute. If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase for any reason at all, you’re able to receive a refund within 60 days of your purchase.

If you’re not happy with your SRI products, all you have to do is return it within 60 days of your order date. To ensure you get your refund processed successfully, you must include an RMA #.

Here’s a clear breakdown of the return process:

1. Call us at 1-800-958-1094 or send an email to: Support@SkinResearchInstitute.com to start the return process — within 60 days of placing your order.

2. From here, one of our award-winning Customer Success Team members will provide the two things you need to process your return — your return authorization number (RMA#) and the mailing address to the proper Authorized Return Center.

3. Send your product back to the address provided with the RMA # and you will receive your refund.

Please note: You are responsible for paying for the shipping + handling fee associated with shipping the product back to the Authorized Return Center.

We conducted extensive research and development so we know SRI Products are high-quality that will last you for years, but we still give our customers a one-year warranty in case anything happens!

If you experience any technical issues with your blow dryer, we’ve got your back with a 1-Year Warranty.

We aim to make this process as simple as possible with transparent details and directions should you have to activate your warranty.

Here’s a clear breakdown of the warranty process:
1. All manufacturing defects and technical issues are covered if your blow dryer stops working.

2. Once you contact our customer success team, they’ll provide a return authorization number (RMA#) and the address of the proper Authorized Return Center to ship the product back.

3. Ship the product back to the Authorized Return Center address provided and receive your new product soon after!

Please note: You will be responsible for a restocking fee — but we’ll cover the shipping & handling fees needed to get your defective product to the proper Authorized Return Center. If you have any questions or concerns throughout any part of the process, please don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Success Team!

Skin Research Institute Rewards Program – Terms and Conditions

By participating in the Skin Research Institute Rewards Program ("Program"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these carefully, as they affect your rights and obligations in relation to the Program.

1. Eligibility

1.1. The Program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old and have registered for an account on the Skin Research Institute website.
1.2. Employees, contractors, and affiliates of the Skin Research Institute are not eligible to participate in the Program.

2. Earning Points

2.1. Points ("Rewards Points") can be earned through qualifying purchases, promotional activities, and other actions as outlined on the Rewards Program page.
2.2. Rewards Points are awarded based on the net purchase amount, excluding taxes, shipping, discounts, and returns.
2.3. Points will be credited to your account after the completion of qualifying activities, and may take up to 7 days to appear in your account.
2.4. The Skin Research Institute reserves the right to modify or cancel any points awarded in cases of errors, fraud, or returns.

3. Redeeming Points

3.1. Rewards Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases, as described on the Rewards Program page.
3.2. Points cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred between accounts.
3.3. Once redeemed, points are deducted from your account and cannot be returned or exchanged for additional points.
3.4. The minimum point threshold for redemption is outlined on the Program page and may vary based on your membership tier.

4. Membership Tiers

4.1. The Program offers different membership tiers based on the number of points you accumulate over time.
4.2. Each tier offers different benefits and rewards, as detailed on the Program page.
4.3. The Skin Research Institute reserves the right to modify tier benefits at any time, with or without notice.

5. Expiration and Termination

5.1. Rewards Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned. Points will expire if not redeemed within this period.
5.2. The Skin Research Institute reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program if it determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms and Conditions or engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity.
5.3. The Skin Research Institute also reserves the right to terminate or modify the Program at any time, without notice.

6. Modifications to the Program

6.1. The Skin Research Institute reserves the right to change, modify, or terminate the Program, including the earning and redemption of points, at any time, with or without notice.
6.2. Any changes to the Program or these Terms and Conditions will be effective immediately upon posting on the Skin Research Institute website.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Skin Research Institute is not responsible for any technical errors or malfunctions, unauthorized access to your account, or any other issues that may affect your ability to earn or redeem points.
7.2. In no event shall the Skin Research Institute be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Program.

8. Governing Law

8.1. These Terms and Conditions and your participation in the Rewards Program shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8.2. Any disputes arising out of or related to the Program shall be resolved in the courts of California.
