Dr. Ashley Magovern

Board Certified dermatologist Dr. Ashley Magovern earned her MD from Georgetown University in Washington, DC. She completed her medical internship at Stanford University, and her dermatology residency at the University of Illinois, Chicago, where she was elected to serve as chief resident. She spent two years in the dermatology department at UC San Francisco conducting skin research and completed a one- year fellowship at Children’s Memorial Hospital in Chicago, working with a leader in pediatric dermatology. Before opening her private practice in Manhattan Beach, California, she worked alongside world-renowned dermatologist Dr. Howard Murad at the Murad Inclusive Health Medical Group. Dr. Magovern is also the author of numerous peer-reviewed journal articles and is constantly sought out for quotes and opinions with trending beauty & skincare companies, influencers, magazines, and blogs. She is a Key Opinion Leader and Master Injector for Allergan, Current Brand Ambassador for Honest Beauty, Laser Resurfacing + Surgery Expert and has her very own medical grade skincare line glowMD Skincare.

Raised right here in the South Bay, Dr. Magovern has always dreamed of opening her own dermatology practice to serve the skin needs of her very own community. Today she lives in Manhattan Beach with her husband, an orthopedic surgeon whom she met in medical school, and her two daughters.
Marisa Ameci, RN, CAN

Born and raised in Thousand Oaks, California and a graduate of La Reina High School, Class of 1999 and Los Angeles Pierce College, Class of spring 2010. Marisa Ameci has trained with the most experienced and sought after dermatologists and plastic surgeons in the field. She’s been in the aesthetic industry since 2012 and before working in Aesthetics, she worked as a Home Health nurse visiting homebound patients recently discharged from the hospital.
Ameci has always had a passion for helping others feel good about the way they look because she believes when you look good, you feel good and why shouldn't you look and feel your best everyday of your life?
When it comes to cosmetic treatments, Ameci’s motto is “good work is not seen, you only notice the bad work.” She takes the time to get to know her patients and became certified as an Aesthetic Specialist by qualifying the strict requirements and passing the CANS exam. She is one of three RNs in the Santa Clarita Valley with this certification.
Beau Walker

Beau Walker is a life-long inventor and Data Scientist.
Beau has spent the last 10 years helping invent and build creative products and solutions and has deep experience on the technical, strategic, and legal side of innovation and intellectual property.
Beau is a Swiss-Army-Knife. He has deep experience in many areas related to startups, intellectual property, R&D, data science, software, and technology.
Beau has a JD degree in Intellectual Property Law from UC Irvine School of law and worked for an IP law firm for a few years. He has years of experience inventing, drafting patents, and developing and executing IP strategy. Over the past few years, he’s invented hundreds of patentable inventions and trade secrets for his clients, some of which have been granted patents.
As a data scientist, Beau is a generalist: his experience includes custom intellectual property development, AI / machine learning, business analytics, data collection, data engineering and architecture, software development, study design, data preparation, experimental design, algorithm and model development, reporting, and data visualization.
Beau has built multiple data science and technical teams and currently functions as VP of Data Science, Chief Data Scientist, or Chief Technology Officer for many of his clients.
